A key client, Bilfinger, is a global industrial engineering business. They scale and tackle OT and OT-Cyber at the source, providing technical support across Critical National Infrastructure. They operate onsite with Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Water sites predominantly.
They need support in finding technical OT and OT-Cyber specialists across remote and challenging locations, with roles that naturally require quite regular onsite visits. This creates an additional challenge in a field that already has limited human resources available.
From the beginning of our focus on the OT/ ICS Security market, we recognised that the talent is the critical factor in being successful.
